Job Responsibilities
The Design/Dev Associate will be responsible for implementing changes to client web sites to optimize for SEO purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement changes that have been recommended into the client’s website and monitor results
  • Communicate effectively with other team members
  • Complete tasks within the required timeframe
  • Handle a workload of multiple clients efficiently
  • Act as the primary point of contact for design client correspondence
  • Communicate and assign all revisions, notes and suggestions to the appropriate designer/developer

Requirements

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Computer Science Skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5+

Job Responsibilities
The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our paid search campaigns. This includes creation and maintaining and optimizing campaigns across all major engines for our clients.

Specific duties include:

  • Keyword Research
  • Ad Creation & Testing
  • Quality Score Improvements
  • Bid Management
  • Conversion Optimization & Tracking
  • Managing the design and creation of dedicated landing pages
  • Setting up and maintaining banner campaigns and liaising with internal design teams
  • Compiling weekly and monthly pay per click performance reports
  • Setting up split tests and managing split testing software
  • Managing automated bid management tools
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Reporting and analysis on different performance metrics
  • Coordinating production of web element for the websites
  • Research and project management

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of client services experience managing accounts in Search Marketing.

The Inbound Marketer is the creative lifeblood of our client’s campaigns. They are responsible for providing clients with highly authoritative backlinks and content on the web that passes on link equity and referral traffic to our client.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing existing client web properties
  • Researching client products and services in order to create an actionable inbound marketing plan of approach
  • Creating an engaging content piece to be utilized on third party websites
  • Copyediting content from other writers or vendors ensuring it is written in a clear and concise prose, free of grammatical errors, contains factual accuracy, and is appealing and relevant to the client’s targeted demographic
  • Deciphering a client or competitor’s link profile using either Majestic SEO, OSE or other backlink analysis tool to devise a link building strategy
  • Using advanced search queries in search engines to discover marketing partners for clients
  • Engaging on blog sites and social platforms to increase brand awareness and diversify the client’s link profile ultimately leading to increased traffic and conversions

Requirements

Inbound Marketers should possess the following:

Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator supports our Business Development Team. They are responsible for contacting potential clients who have submitted requests for service. The Marketing Coordinator will reach the potential clients via phone and/or email to obtain pertinent information in order to qualify their need for service. This role is the starting point for an evolution to become an Online Marketing Consultant on the Business Development Team.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Being the initial point of contact for all potential clients
  • Acting as the key communication liaison between potential clients and the WebiMax Business Development Team
  • Contacting potential clients via phone/email to gauge interest in online marketing services
  • Obtaining pertinent information from potential clients in order to qualify their need for service(s)
  • Setting appointments for presentations and following up post-presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a database of potential clients
  • Managing the WebiMax online chat feature
  • Other administrative duties
