Job Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator plays an integral part of the WebiMax Business Development Team.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Being the initial point of contact for all potential clients
  • Acting as the key communication liaison between potential clients and the WebiMax Business Development Team
  • Contacting potential clients via phone/email to gauge interest in online marketing services
  • Obtaining pertinent information from potential clients in order to qualify their need for service(s)
  • Setting appointments for Business Development Consultant presentations and following up post-presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a database of potential clients
  • Managing the WebiMax online chat feature
  • Other administrative duties

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Social Media Marketer’s act as the frontline brand manager for our clients by integrating with customers and fans on various platforms.

Duties include:

  • Implementing social media strategies as instructed by Project Managers
  • Creating well-branded social media profiles for clients
  • Optimizing profiles for SEO value & user-friendliness
  • Using an array of social media tools for researching & monitoring conversations
  • Regularly managing clients’ social media profiles & building an active audience
  • Writing & scheduling posts on all channels for maximum effectiveness
  • Running monthly social media reports for PMs to present to clients
  • Participating in client calls during campaign kick-off and as necessary thereafter
  • Identifying social trends, implementing new tactics, and measuring results
  • Creating custom images with Photoshop
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

The most important requirement of this job is to have demonstrated social media experience. This includes actively participating in a wide variety of social media activities including blogging, community development, and implementing new strategies to maximize the performance of clients’ campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

The SEO Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple client accounts while adhering to strict campaign deadlines. This individual will need to have a strong work ethic to meet client needs and deliver desired results.  This position is multi-faceted, with the ideal candidate being able to effectively manage their time while working on multiple projects in different stages.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the SEO campaign for clients.
  • Maintain relationships with our diverse client base through day to day communication via phone, email and other methods.
  • Consult clients on various SEO techniques.
  • Problem solve client and team issues when needed.
  • Regularly report on key metrics and project status to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Work on deadlines to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Adjust campaigns to enhance visibility and site optimization for clients.
  • Effectively communicate and work with team members including a Project Assistant, Developers, Writers, and Link builders.

Requirements

An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management (ideally in an agency setting)
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in field of technology or marketing industry
  • Good analytical skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Exposure to internet and searching activities
  • An understanding of best SEO practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with updating clients web sites via FTP or CMS
  • Experience with industry standard software (Adobe CS3+, Text Editor, FTP Client)

The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing paid search campaigns across all major engines for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research
  • Ad Creation & Testing
  • Quality Score Improvements
  • Bid Management
  • Conversion Optimization & Tracking
  • Managing the design and creation of dedicated landing pages
  • Setting up and maintaining banner campaigns and liaising with internal design teams
  • Compiling weekly and monthly pay per click performance reports
  • Setting up split tests and managing split testing software
  • Managing automated bid management tools
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Reporting and analysis on different performance metrics
  • Coordinating production of web element for the websites

 Requirements

  •  BA/BS degree
  • Experience in Pay-Per-Click Advertising
  • 3+ years of client services experience managing accounts in Search Marketing.
  • Social marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be highly organized and analytical
  • Background implementing direct response campaigns, conversion metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

The Sales Executives are responsible for building business and developing relationships with prospective clients.  As a Sales Executive you will deliver consultative web based meetings and occasional in person discussions with senior level executives. You will receive inbound leads via our marketing efforts and be expected to strategically locate other clients.

Core responsibilities include: 

  • Daily research and preparation before web based meetings
  • Consultative meetings with clients to establish their needs and establish a content strategy that meets those needs
  • Manage expectations and the timeframe for the sale to close.
  • Contract negotiation and regular deal closing.

Requirements

The Sales Executive is someone who has previous sales experience with shown results.  We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated. This individual will need to be engaging, articulate and ambitious.

Qualified individuals must meet the following:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Experience with web based meeting and conducting professional presentations
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Proven experience with negotiation and deal closing
  • Familiarity with prospecting clients
  • Self-motivation with the ability to achieve daily, weekly & monthly goals and quotas
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with sales in online marketing based services is a plus
