Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

The BDM is the core of our Sales and Business Development Team. In this position you will deliver consultative web based meetings and occasional in person discussions with senior level executives. You will receive inbound leads via our marketing efforts and be expected to strategically locate other clients.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Exploring potential business deals through inbound requests for service and contacting potential clients to discuss opportunities
  • Qualifying potential business by reviewing client marketing strategies and goals, budgets, and time frames
  • Recommending services to support marketing goals
  • Coordinating comprehensive web based or in person meetings to demonstrate services and projected return on investment
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing proposals and negotiating contracts

Qualifications

The BDM is someone who has previous sales experience with shown results. We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated. This individual will need to be engaging, articulate and ambitious.

Inbound Marketer

Responsibilities

The Inbound Marketer acts as the frontline brand manager and “voice” of our clients by writing web copy that aligns with their marketing efforts and promoting feedback and growth among their social audience. They are also responsible for providing clients with high quality backlinks through successfully proven marketing tactics.

Specific duties include:

  • Creating well-branded and optimized social media profiles and implementing strategies for clients
  • Using an array of social media tools for researching & monitoring conversations and building an active audience
  • Identifying social trends, implementing new tactics, and measuring results
  • Utilizing Photoshop and similar applications to create custom images
  • Optimizing current copy on a client’s website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.) and/or writing new SEO-friendly copy
  • Writing/Creating and promoting of blogs, infographics, slideshares and video transcriptions
  • Creating copy for PR purposes such as press releases, media pitches, and articles
  • Copyediting content for a clear and concise prose, ensuring it is free of grammatical errors, contains factual accuracy, and is appealing and relevant to the client’s targeted demographic
  • Using backlink analysis tools to identify and remove any potentially harmful backlinks and decipher a client or competitor’s link profile, ultimately devising a successful link building strategy
  • Creating monthly reports for clients including pivot tables in Excel and social media activity and analysis reports on various platforms
  • Participating in client calls and strategy meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The most important requirement of this job is to have demonstrated experience with content creation and social media. This includes actively participating in a wide variety of social media activities including blogging, community development, and implementing new strategies to maximize the performance of clients’ campaigns.  Candidates should be comfortable writing for a web-based audience as well as have a working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and how they apply to social and content marketing.

Further requirements include:

Responsibilities

WebiMax is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to support our LeadGeneration.com division. This role will be dedicated to performing outbound calls to generate opportunities for our B2B client campaigns. This process works in complement to our inbound digital marketing & marketing automation tactics. Inside Sales Associates will be expected to target prospects in niche markets and use effective follow up processes to cultivate leads on behalf of our clients.

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing multiple client accounts while adhering to strict campaign deadlines. This individual will need to have a strong work ethic to meet client needs and deliver desired results. This position is multi-faceted, with the ideal candidate being able to effectively manage their time while working on multiple projects in different stages.

Specific duties include:

  • Manage all aspects of the digital marketing campaign for clients.
  • Maintain relationships with our diverse client base through day to day communication via phone, email and other methods.
  • Consult clients on various SEO/digital marketing techniques.
  • Problem solve client and team issues when needed.
  • Regularly report on key metrics and project status to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Work on deadlines to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Adjust campaigns to enhance visibility and site optimization for clients.
  • Effectively communicate and work with team members including a Project Assistant, Developers, Writers, and Link builders.

Qualifications

An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Client Services (ideally in an agency setting)
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in field of digital marketing
  • Good analytical skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Exposure to internet and searching activities
  • An understanding of best SEO practices
