Ken is a seasoned web entrepreneur and a respected leader in the online marketing industry. Prior to founding WebiMax, Ken was the CEO and founder of VendorSeek.com, a business to business lead generation platform that grew from a basement start-up to a $5 million a year venture in just 5 years. Prior to VendorSeek.com, Ken owned and operated Impact Direct, an online marketing firm that focused on Search Engine Optimization and E-Commerce based services.

Following the sale of VendorSeek.com in 2008, Ken launched WebiMax with the intention of providing clients a reputable partner that could truly help them grow their overall online presence.

Ken graduated from Richard Stockton College with a B.A. in Communication Studies and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, Entreprenuer Magazine and on MSNBC. Ken also is featured weekly on contributor on CNN Radio discussing Online Marketing.

Vice President and Partner

In his roles as Vice President and Partner at Webimax, Kevin is responsible for the company's overall operation including staff management, financial growth and business development.

In addition to his roles at WebiMax, Kevin is a principal and co-founder of Kalimex Inc. a general construction company based in Ocean View, New Jersey. Kevin began Kalimex as a startup and grew it to revenues of $20 million annually. Kalimex has successfully executed several high profile projects including the project to reopen the Statue of Liberty for the first time since 9/11.

Based primarily for his work on the Statue, Kalimex was awarded the prestigious honor of the Small Business Administration's 2010 National Prime Contractor of the Year, and had the outstanding privilege of meeting President Barrack Obama upon receiving the award.

Kalimex recently completed renovations on the Vanderbilt Mansion in New York for the National Park Service and many other notable projects for various agencies serving both our Armed Forces and our citizens.

Kevin received a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University. Kevin was previous employed by Corrpro Companies as a research engineer.

Todd Bailey has worked as an Internet Marketing Manager, Web Developer and Project Manager for over ten years in Burlington, NJ. His diverse experience in Internet Marketing Strategy Development, SEO/SEM/PPC, Social Media, Research & Analytics, Web Design & Development and Multimedia Development make him a valuable asset to the Webimax team. Todd has been able to provide measurable results on campaigns of all sizes in both organic and paid search.

As a developer, Todd has a deep concentration in W3C compliant HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, MySQL/PHP5, .NET, ASPX/ASP, LAMP, as well as Flash/AS3 and has worked within many industry standard CMS and ECOM platforms including Joomla, Drupal, Word Press, Blogger, Magento, 3DCart, OSCommerce/Zen Cart and Volusion.

Todd has worked on Digital Marketing strategies with numerous Fortune 500 clients over the years and stays active within the SEO and Marketing community allowing him to draw from a vast network of industry knowledge to influence and optimize campaign strategies.

Sean originally started his career in sales, and advanced into Business Development for an IT consulting firm. In 2003, he joined VendorSeek at the ground level as the first employee and later became a partner. His primary roles were focusing on all aspects of the business operations, managing development of the corporate website and lead generation platform, as well as managing strategic partnerships. Sean then transitioned with the acquisition of VendorSeek by QuinStreet, the world's largest online performance based marketing company, and led the business integration and platform migration process to their platform. Within QuinStreet he moved on to manage platform migrations of other large scale acquisitions.

Sean joined the WebiMax Management Team in November 2010. In his current role as Vice President of Technology, Sean manages our Web Design and E-commerce divisions, as well as IT operations.

Vice President of Internal Marketing / CXO

Prior to joining WebiMax, Scott spent ten years directing a broad range of corporate IT initiatives as Citigroup's User Experience Group Manager. While managing an international team of designers, developers, and usability architects, Scott was responsible for the design and user experience of over 300 internet / intranet websites and business applications. As a result, he has hands-on experience leading several stages of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, prototyping, development and usability testing.

In his current role with WebiMax, Scott manages the Internal Marketing division. In this role, he is responsible for the management and overall performance of all WebiMax brands, as well as the creative direction and end-to-end user experience of WebiMax's digital portfolio.

Scott graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL with a B.A. in Graphic Design and Communications and is a Certified Usability Analyst through Human Factors International.

Danielle brings 10 years of experience in sales and marketing (emphasizing in high end account management) to the team. Danielle most recently launched a new dietary supplement product from conception along with the creators of Beano & Lactaid. She has organized nationwide sales and customer service efforts for inside and outside teams responsible for new distribution of osteo-arthritis products.

Danielle also manages online lead generation site, JustWeddings.com which has become a leader in the wedding industry for both brides and vendors.
