Ken Wisnefski: Business owners often ask me, "Does my business need an app?" And the reality of it is some businesses probably need an app more than others. If you're in a service industry, having an app is probably helpful, but if you're in an on-demand industry where immediacy is really needed, like the food industry, having the ability for people to be able to place orders online, know about specials through push notifications, and really being able to utilize technology for more immediacy is gonna be something that's really gonna help your business and really help your brand. So the reality of it is, if you don't have an app or you're not looking to invest in app, you're probably falling behind, and the best thing for any business is to never fall behind but stay ahead of the curve.
